Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all private tours organized and operated by Pompea Tours & Travel, based in Saranda, Albania. By booking a tour, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. What's Included

Unless stated otherwise, all our private tours include:

• Private transportation (driver and vehicle)
• A licensed local tour guide throughout the day
• Lunch at a local restaurant
• Entry tickets to all listed attractions
• All taxes, including VAT

Not included unless specifically agreed:

• Personal expenses (drinks, souvenirs, snacks, etc.)
• Travel insurance
• Accommodation before/after the tour

3. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the tour.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Changes & Modifications

Clients may request to reschedule or modify their tour up to 48 hours in advance. All changes are subject to availability. Pompea Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to ensure they are physically capable of joining the tour, disclose any health or dietary concerns, and take responsibility for their personal belongings during the tour.

7. Liability Waiver

Pompea Tours is not liable for injuries, damages, or delays caused by third-party providers. Participation in tours is at the client’s own risk.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not mandatory but strongly recommended.

9. Force Majeure

Pompea Tours is not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be settled under Albanian jurisdiction.
